Web Self Service

The Talent2 HRIS Web Self Service (WSS) provides employees and managers with real time update and access to information:

In particular, the WSS can be used:

  • To view and maintain an individual’s personal information such as address details, emergency contacts etc.
  • To view and maintain a team leader’s group information such as team leave calendar, team performance review calendar etc.
  • For workflow capacity to minimise paper-based transactions by automating approval of transactions through an appropriate workflow process.
  • For security management, to determine the type of information that can be accessed online and who can access and who can update this information.

Access couldn’t be simpler. Employees can log in from home, the office or an Internet kiosk to review or update personal information, including their address, contact numbers, qualifications, bank accounts for payments, and payslips. They can also view leave balances and pay histories. Security measures will determine the level of information an employee has access to.

A thorough approval process controls information that is changed or created.

Manager access is determined by the organisation. Team leaders can instantly identify the members of their group with whom they have a direct relationship, and access a suite of team reports to assist them in the management of their team.

Given that the WSS handles sensitive information, any data accessed by WSS users is protected from unauthorised interception by web server encryption features.
